So, then, This Fusion Malarkey
I've been trying to get a proper idea what Fusion Apps will bring us - as usual someone else has asked the questions I wish I'd asked, and in a better way here.
I think it's just a misunderstanding. He takes the deployment options of 'cloud and on-premise' to mean that you deploy to both the cloud AND on-site simultaneously (and I admit that's the way it sounds).
Surely it means that you have the option of either though ... on-premise OR in the cloud.
There's a big gap between hosting your app in the cloud and it being SaaS though. There's not much mention of multi-tenancy (at any level). The update cycle is a bit slow too.
